Driven to Succeed began in September 2025 with a simple but powerful idea: girls deserve space in every arena, especially the ones they’ve been told don’t belong in. What started with a love for motorsport quickly turned into something bigger. DTS was built to create visibility, confidence, and real opportunity for young women ready to compete, lead, and take up space without apology

Sara Alsuwaidi founded Driven to Succeed at 15, with one goal in mind: to build the platform she wished existed. Combining her passion for racing with her drive for leadership, she created DTS as more than a project. It is a growing movement rooted in ambition, creativity, and courage. Her vision is clear: empower girls to move from the sidelines to the starting grid and beyond.
